I haven’t tried it yet but it sounds very refreshing.
I think it’s a perfect detox helper.Plus it’s low in calories so make sure if you’re drinking this for breakfast to eat something more with it. Just this smoothie alone will not cover your nutritional needs. Eat something high in protein with it too.
♡2 medium cucumbers
♡1⁄2 cup water
♡1 cup ice
♡3 -4 tablespoons honey
Peel and seed your cucumbers and just blend everything together until smooth consistency!
