If you have the time to prepare it the night before it will save you more time,But if you are lucky enough to do it in the morning then perfect!
I woke up and it hit me…Not everyone enjoys fruit and carrots as a snack…Including me.
I love savory foods even snacks..I prefer them sometimes…So why not eat a meal but smaller as a snack? ◇You can prepare the Dressing in a separate container and add it when you are ready to eat the salad.◇
So enjoy this chicken salad with an orange dressing 🙂
Here’s the recipe & Ingredients :
◇50g of chicken breast(Without the skin)-Cut it into cubes or shred it 🙂
◇Spinach or any kind of green you like
◇2 tsp(20g) of Feta cheese or any crumbly cheese you like.
◇Squeeze out the juice of half an orange and mix with 1 tsp of honey and 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar and 2 tsp of Extra virgin olive oil◇
◇Add salt and pepper
◇1 tsp of Dijon Mustard
