◇Mini Chicken Salad as a Snack◇Less than 200cal Snack

If you have the time to prepare it the night before it will save you more time,But if you are lucky enough to do it in the morning then perfect!

I woke up and it hit me…Not everyone enjoys fruit and carrots as a snack…Including me.

I love savory foods even snacks..I prefer them sometimes…So why not eat a meal but smaller as a snack? You can prepare the Dressing in a separate container and add it when you are ready to eat the salad.

So enjoy this chicken salad with an orange dressing 🙂

Here’s the recipe & Ingredients :

50g of chicken breast(Without the skin)-Cut it into cubes or shred it 🙂

Spinach or any kind of green you like

Half Orange

2 tsp(20g) of Feta cheese or any crumbly cheese you like.

Dressing:

Squeeze out the juice of half an orange and mix with 1 tsp of honey and 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar and 2 tsp of Extra virgin olive oil

Add salt and pepper

1 tsp of Dijon Mustard
