So lately I had the January Blues but now it’s officially the first day of February so I need to snap out of it!
I have recently got a new phone so I need to learn how to video blog because i think it’s more interesting to do it that way than just plain writing ,So be patient 🙂
First of all, It’s Fitness Month challenge! I woke up did 20 minutes f resistance training and tonight another 40 because I’m usually more energetic in the evenings..
And had my Herbalife breakfast with my Supplements 🙂
